Quiet independant house within the high-standing neighbourhood of Ebisu and Hiroo. It not only follows the Japanese license laws but it also is fully certified by the fire departments safety measures. It is 10 minute walk to a EBISU train station and HIROO subway station. Walkable distance of less than 30 minutes to major landmarks such as Shibuya, Nakameguro, Daikanyama and Roppongi. FREE POCKET WIFI! The space This is an independant house on 3 floors. The 3F queen bed room is the most spacious and sunny with closets. It also has a balcony. On 2F you have a bathroom unit (where you can splash water under the shower or in the bathtub) and a changing room with sink and a washing machine. The kitchen with all necessities leads to the living/ dining rooms. The dining room is extendable for up to 6 people. The sofa bed is located under window ceilings which enhance natural lighting. You will find the vacuum cleaner, the iron, the ironing board, the clothe dryer, and hangers in the closet. There is also a toilet on this floor. The 1F has a queen bed room with TV, couch, closets, and hangers. The second room has a bunkbed, a library, and a closet. This floor also has a toilet. Other things to note HOUSE RULES NO SHOES in the house, please! WOOD FLOOR: Just like for shoes, please be considerate not to roll your luggages on the wood floor as they might leave marks. GATHERINGS OR PARTIES: Not allowed. LIGHTS, A/C, HEATERS: Please turn them off when you leave the house. More than about the money, it's about our planet. If it is winter time, you may leave the oil heaters on so the house can welcome you warmly (on the same day. If you plan to travel more than one day, please turn them off). QUIET HOURS: This is a very quiet neighborhood and whispering in the alley is appreciated. Japanese houses are famous for their mild isolation for sound, and moreover houses are built close to each other. 9pm is the generally acceptable time at which we turn the volume down. You may enjoy the balcony or keep the windows open, but keep in mind that your voice will resonate, so please be considerate. If neighbors make a formal complaint, local authorities may be called for intervention. LOSS OF KEY: You will be charged ¥35.000. LOSS OF POCKET WIFI: ¥20000 SMOKING: Please refrain from smoking in the house. You may have a relaxing smoke under the kitchen vent or on the 3F balcony where an ashtray will be at your disposal. OFF LIMIT AREAS: Please do not use the chained closet of the 3F room. CLEANING PROCEDURES: Although cleaning is not expected from the guests at checkout, consideration towards the general state of cleanliness of the house (dishes on dish rack, trash in grey trash can outside the entrance, sheets to be bundled in the bathroom) would be greatly appreciated. TRASH: Plastic bottles, glass bottles, and cans must be separated in the trash provided for this effect. The rest must go in the main trash box. Separated bottles, cans, and folded cardboard boxes must be left outside on SATURDAYS before 9am. May also be left the evening before. Normal trash must be left outside with their prepaid seals on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS by 8:30 in the blue net. Unfortunately, cannot be left the night before because of crows. In case you missed the trash days or want to rid the house of trash, please dispose of them in the grey trash bin outside of the entrance. CATS: There are many cats in the area.
