The loft includes the master bedroom with its private bathroom. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the guests’ living room. It has a nice view to the river Tejo, easy access to wi-fi TV and sound equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped and is quite functional. The house has wooden floors and is very bright and comfy. If needed a 2nd bedroom for 2 people , and 2nd bathroom is available. Please let the platform know when booking. The price will be negotiable depending on length of stay /number of people/ guest circumstances. Guest access The main living room and dinning are NOT available to guests. This is to the interest of both the host and the guest. It will prevent any undesirable damage. Thank you Other things to note There is no elevator in the building but There is an electric hook that you can access when entering our apartment. If one person stays on the ground floor the other person can lower the hook to pull or lower any heavy item to the apartment level. It is very safe, it can hold up to 250kg and you should load your cargo into the heavy duty white bag attached to the hook.
