Perfect place for people who are on the go as our location is accessible to almost all kinds of public transportation in the metro and within walking distance to two of the city's largest malls: Ayala Center and SM City. There is a 7/11 for your quick meal fixes and cravings and Pan de Manila where you can get the best tasting pan de sal (Filipino tasty bread) and other kinds of bread and pastries just by the entrance to The Persimmon Studios. Complimentary coffee and tea are also provided to jumpstart your day or cap off the night. IMPORTANT: 1. We require all of our guests to prepare a hard copy of their government ID/s as this will be needed upon check-in. Failure to present an ID may delay the check-in process or revoke entry to premises. Gym (under construction) Parking space (first come first serve), free for the first 2 hours then 50php per hour for the succeeding hours.
