Townhouse next to the park

We are close to the city centre for shops, restaurants & bars. Over the fence is Cornwall Park with its gardens, aviaries, walks & more. You’ll love our place because of the quiet neighbourhood, your own car park in front of the garage, the comfy heated bed, your own Smart TV, outside access from the bedroom to the garden as well as your own bathroom with heated towel rail to match an equally warm welcome from your hosts! Guest access Your bedroom, bathroom and shared laundry are located on the ground floor right next to the front door for easy access and well away from your hosts sleeping quarters upstairs. All of the public rooms are downstairs. During your stay Fiona has a weekday job but we are open to enjoying time with you as available or letting you enjoy your privacy. We will do our best to help you all the same and make your stay a great memorable experience! Other things to note Self help to a continental breakfast is included of muesli, cereals, fruit, toast, fruit juice, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The kitchen is generally available but the cooking of HIGHLY spiced foods such as SOME curries is restricted due to its lingering after effect - sorry. NOTE: The spa (hot tub) is generally available however please do not assume it is available when making a booking without checking with us first as we are soon to do or are doing plumbing upgrade.
