When my husband and me go on holidays somewhere far from our home we still looking for the comfort and the cozy feeling of our place. Certainly, it is really nice when you find it. And exactly that is how we have inspired ourselves with the decoration and the facilities. We give you part of our home and harts with this apartment. The space • Modern, recently modelled PRIVATE apartment; 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchen and living room together, open concept. • It is inside of private and quiet complex with swimming pool. It has 2 accessible entrances to the apartment and with plenty of parking around for your convenience. • The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Please preserve the peace and quietness of the space. • We will meet you at the property, so we can give you some tips. • Pots, Pans, Silverware, Dishware, Toiletries, iron, hair dryer, towels & linens are available for use. • Sleeps 2 adults, 2 kids or 3 adults (max). • We have 1 bed 160x200 (firm mattress) & 1 twin size sofa bed & 1 folding cot for baby (must be coordinated in advance). • Free public parking available. We believe that it is due to the climate, since until the state of alarm was decreed, the island was on 100% with tourist and still allows you to live day to day without having to see yourself in situations of little social distance. Spaces in restaurants, shops, etc. are wide and public transport is very residual. Likewise, both the Hospital and the rest of the public services of the Canary Islands are adapting perfectly to this “new normality”. In Lanzarote we know that this is a comparative advantage until the virus situation is over and we know that is really important to preserve that advantage. At Welcome Home Lanzarote our clients will find an apartment that perfectly meets the most demanding security standards. The closest neighbors are those upstairs, accessed by a staircase on the side of the building. They, like most neighbors, are a retired Northern European couple residing on the island. The complex is designed in such a way that never, not even in the pool area, does one have to be less than two meters from anyone. It is a very quiet complex with two separate entrances. We as hosts are going to block, always, a day after the departure of our guests to clean the apartment thoroughly with the appropriate products for a perfect disinfection. We will be happy to give you all the necessary indications of places to go, beaches, restaurants, shops, etc. in which we know that there is maximum security. Our goal has always been, and more so now, that you leave Lanzarote having spent the best holidays and, in at least, the same state of health with which you arrived. As hosts, we will always block a day after our guests' departure to thoroughly clean the apartment with the right products for perfect disinfection.
