140sqm apartment - located 5 minutes by car to the mall ABC Achrafieh, the trendy neighborhoods of Mar Mikhael and Gemmayze. You will also find pharmacies, local markets, banks and local shops at a walking distance. The space Located on the 6th floor, this apartment has two bedrooms (sleeps up to 4 adults) and 2 full bathrooms. Ample TV room with a flat screen TV, cable TV and wireless internet available to all guests. Kitchen is fully equipped and contains a brand new refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer. Kitchen appliances are also available: blender, juicer and electric kettle (iron and ironing board too). Cups, plates, and silverware are also at your disposal. We also have an ample balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy a smoke or arguile (smoking inside the apartment is not permitted). All windows are soundproof, and it's a higher floor, so you are absolute noise proof! :) There are AC units in all rooms (5 in total), so you are fresh and comfortable during summer time. During cold months, the same ACs can be turned up for warmth, and you will receive electrical heaters (2500 watts each). Other things to note To all my guests: if you do not believe I deserve a 5-Star rating, please inform me as early as possible so I have time to make your stay more enjoyable. :) LONG TERM STAYS: the price per month is 2000 us$ (excludes other bills). However, it includes all amenities and utilities provided in the apartment. This means you don't have to bring any household item (bed sheets, blankets, pillows, etc will be provided free of charge). If you wish to book the apartment for long stays, let me know in advance so the dates can be blocked in the calendar, since Instant Booking is on, anyone can book the flat anytime. Upon request and for long duration stays you can request a cleaning service for 5$ an hour. You will receive your own set of keys. Professional cleaning is done before and after each guest (including bedsheets, towels, bed covers, pans, kitchen silverware, etc).
