'Le Studio'

'Le Studio' is a self-contained, luxury studio apt. It can sleep up to 3 persons with 1 superking and 1 pullout bed. This would suit a couple, 3 persons or a family with a child With facilities such as the integral sauna, large shower room, Xbox and Sky (satellite) Tv. The space 'Le Studio' The Apartment Le Studio is a self-contained contemporary basement studio apartment 2 miles from Inverness city centre. It's large open aspect glass roof over the lounge area bathes the apartment in sunlight. It is furnished and finished to a high standard. Sleeping Your sleeping arrangements has the comfort of having a super king size bed or also has an extra under single bed if required. Luxurious percale bedding adds to the comfort of your sleep. Relaxing There is a comfortable sofa with coffee table in the bedroom area for relaxing after a busy day. We have also recently added a 'Snug" reading area with a pebblestone sureflame electric fire. Lounge Area There is an open plan lounge area with comfortable seating, a 43 in smart television with Sky Q satellite channels and an Xbox with games. *There is a wide range DVD’s, board games and a selection of books for your entertainment. *If Covid regulations allow. Dining In Le Studio there is a fully equipped kitchen area with dining table and 4 dining chairs enabling you to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or takeaway or just a chat over a glass of wine, in a spacious and comfortable environment. The space can equally be used as a work station. Eating Within the kitchen/dining area there is a fridge, freezer, a tabletop cooker with 2 rings and an oven, a microwave, a sandwich maker, an egg boiler, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster and kettle. Perfect for preparing a healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner during your stay. (a small welcome pack is supplied on arrival) Outdoor Dining If it's good weather outside there is a quaint garden area with outdoor table and chairs, and patio heater. Perfect for coffee in the morning, lunch with a glass of wine in the afternoon or relaxing in the evening. Entertainment There is a surround sound cinema projector screen in the bedroom\seating area, which can be used to watch wide screen movies or listen to CD/Radio. *There are a selection of DVD’s and CD’s supplied) *If Covid regulations allow. There is also a Bluetooth speaker within the studio and Wi-Fi is provided. Facilities Le Studio is equipped with a large shower-room with integral sauna room, Perfect for winding down at the end of a busy day. There is washing machine, clothes airer, iron & ironing board in the studio. There is an outdoor drying clothes line if required. Parking Car and Motorcycle parking is available. Summary Le Studio is a self-contained, home from home, luxury apartment with its own private entrance where you can come and go as you please whist enjoying the sights of Inverness and the surrounding areas. With facilities such as the integral sauna and wide screen cinema area you can unwind and relax during your stay We are happy to leave you to enjoy your stay but are always on hand if you have any queries or need any information. Being local to Inverness there is not much we can’t answer. Guest access We have a separate entrance to 'Le Studio'. Other things to note We have 2 small, quiet dogs but they are in a completely separate part of the property.
