The cottage has a private waterfront, six acres of primarily wooded property and beautiful lake views. The rental includes a private dock, 16ft aluminum rowboat and two kayaks. There is an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. We have two bedrooms with double beds, and bathroom with shower. The property is includes plenty of outdoor seating with an outdoor fireplace and yard games for family fun. This seasonal retreat is part of our family heritage and was built by our father upon his return from WWII with local logs and fieldstone. We offer it for rent because we are not able to use it all of the time. It is very well kept and has one of the best views on the lake. We are located within 15 minutes of downtown Traverse City. We are just down the road from the Vasa Trail, and a ten minute drive from East Grand Traverse Bay.
