Our villa boasts a swimming pool with a Sun Deck, a garden, and a ball court. Positioned facing south, our villa is bathed in natural light and sits on the edge of the scrubland, ensuring a private and serene environment. We're just a 15-minute walk from Fernandel Beach and a 10-minute stroll from the city center and its array of restaurants. Additionally, we're conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the train station, providing easy access to Marseille in just 20 minutes, perfect for exploring the city or attending Olympic events. CLEANING FEES: 200€/stay TO BE PAID UPON KEY DELIVERY During your stay, you'll have access to the ENTIRETY of the house: ON THE FIRST FLOOR: A master suite with a dressing room and private bathroom, 2 children's bedrooms (currently under renovation) with a shared bathroom, a separate toilet, and a guest bedroom/office. BED LINEN PROVIDED. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: A spacious open area of 75m² comprising a separate toilet, a TV lounge (featuring a new sofa), a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room. OUTDOORS: A 50m² terrace, BBQ facilities, a garden table, a 200m² garden, a semi-buried swimming pool (6x4m) WITHOUT child safety features, a Sun Deck, and a pétanque court/parking. To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood and adhere to our rules of good neighborliness, all parties and outdoor music are strictly prohibited. What to do in Carry le Rouet: Enjoy the beach, explore coves or hills on foot, rent a boat, go scuba diving in the marine reserve, try paddleboarding, sailing, sea kayaking, tennis, or play golf on the 9-hole course. There's also a cinema and a casino. Close to Marseille and Aix en Provence, you can explore Provence at your leisure: the Camargue (home to its iconic horses and flamingos) is just 100km away, while other attractions such as Arles with its arenas, Les Baux de Provence, Lourmarin, Avignon, Cassis, and La Ciotat are all easily accessible. We give preference to families with well-documented profiles and a maximum of positive reviews, as well as longer stays (15 days and more). Guest access You will have access to everything in my home except the garage. We will just ask you to take care of our house like yours and you are not allowed to move or take our furniture.
