Small studio apartment at Atrium Towers

We normally let this long term but sometimes have it available between tenants. Available sometimes for a few nights or longer. Please inquire if you want to book for longer than the calendar says it is available, because it could be possible if we don't have somebody moving in. We don't provide any extras - just the fully furnished apartment, linen and power as it's usually let long term. If arriving by ferry, train or bus, it’s not too far. By plane, you'll need to get a shuttle, Uber or cab. The space Located in the beautiful Atrium Towers, the compact studio is fully furnished (not separate bedroom). The apartment is modern and is located within a secure, purpose built apartment complex. The windows/sliding door open to a small Juliet balcony overlooking the internal atrium (no direct sunlight). The studio consists of a double bed with a separate bathroom. There is also a washing machine, microwave and cooktop, sink, etc. Pease note that internet is not included. We are private owners of this apartment and independent of the Quest Serviced Apartments that operate within the same building. Fast, unlimited Wifi is available for a small charge from the Quest Hotel onsite. Great alternative to a hotel or even backpackers as you have your own private facilities. No meals are included in the cost. Parking is usually available in nearby parking buildings (extra). Guest access The entire studio apartment is for your use - nothing is shared. Other things to note Because you will be staying in an apartment building we wish to keep everyone safe. So being vaxed is our priority. Masks are requested to be worn in common areas of the building
