House has recently been remolded, so bathrooms and kitchens are very modern. Deck off of kitchen is great for entertaining. House is located in a very quiet family oriented neighborhood. House backs up to large open space with access to hiking, biking, and cross country skiing (if enough snow). 3 great playgrounds anywhere from 5-15 minutes away (walking). Old town Louisville is short bike ride or 20 min walk. Boulder is 13 minutes away. Awesome view of Long's peak and front range mountains. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. You can walk to a small park with a playground or bike on a bike path around town. Louisiville has awesome summer festivities like free concerts and a farmer's market. The open space behind house has hiking and bike trails and is a great place to go for a morning run.
