Cala Luna apartment with AC and Wi-Fi

My place is in a quiet area, where you can spend your holidays relaxing. Close to the scenic road and the center of the village (about a 10-minute walk), you will like my accommodation because the area is quiet, you can easily find parking in front of the house without having to pay, there is a large courtyard to relax and eat outside and where children can play. My place is suitable for couples, families (with children), and large groups. Free AC, Wi-Fi and MTB The space My accommodation is in a quiet area, where you can spend your holidays relaxing, perhaps even after a day at the beach or when you return from an excursion. Recently renovated, it consists of a new kitchen complete with an electric oven, microwave, coffee machine with table and chairs and sofa bed and has air conditioning/heating; 1 bedroom with double bed and the possibility of an additional bed and/or travel cot; then there is the bathroom equipped with hairdryer, shower, washing machine and vacuum cleaner; courtyard with outdoor furniture (table with chairs/barbecue/2 rocking chairs) and shaded area through a wooden pergola ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has air conditioning/heating. Free Wi-Fi is available. We provide 3 MTBs for free use for the duration of the vacation, upon request and depending on the availability of the moment. The apartment is not located in the center of the village but in a point still close to the center and where you will find tranquility and ease of parking your vehicle. It is also located near the scenic road that leads to the beautiful beaches of Cala Cartoe and Osalla. About a 10-minute walk will take you to the center of the village, then to the clothing stores but also local crafts, bars, restaurants, markets and the central beach. You will like my place because the area is quiet; you can easily find free parking in front of the house; there is a large courtyard to relax, eat outside, and where your children can play. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and big groups. Guest access We will accompany guests to the house. Upon entering the house, you will be required to pay the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night (as required by the Municipality of Dorgali) and the payment of the deposit, equal to €100.00, which will be refunded by bank transfer since, according to the new provisions for cleaning following covid19, it is not possible to enter the house (and therefore assess the situation of the same) before at least 3 hours have elapsed since the guests leave. Upon arrival, you will be given the keys, you will be provided with the house rules, as well as all the necessary information relating to the disposal of solid urban waste (for which we kindly request your cooperation). We will be available to offer our advice, if requested, on what is of interest to you. The goal is to welcome you in the best possible way and on time, making you feel at ease, as if you were at home. Other things to note Prices vary depending on the time of year and the length of your stay. Payment of the accommodation tax is required. The cost is not included in the price and the amount is determined from year to year by the Municipality of Dorgali. For 2024, the amount is €1.50 per person per night. A security deposit of €100.00 is required, which may be returned either by bank transfer or, if possible, also at the time of your departure (in the absence of conditions that make it necessary to withhold it, such as the presence of damage on site; failure to comply with waste disposal, since incorrect waste collection will result in fines being imposed by the municipality of residence). The apartment is located within a renovated courtyard, about 170 square meters in total. Inside there are a total of 3 apartments. Each has its own space within the courtyard with its own outdoor furnishings such as: table with chairs, barbecue and hammock and/or rocking chairs.
