Appointed with brand new furniture and comfortable seating and dining areas, you will quickly feel right at home. Take in a breathtaking view of the Catalina Mountains from both the breakfast room and private patio. This is an active adult community, one of the rental party must be over 40 years old. The space The main floor living spaces include the private, en suite grand master retreat, formal living and dining areas with a Kawai grand piano in the living room, a family room, a large, eat-in kitchen, a study/den, second bedroom, guest bath and an east-facing, extended covered patio. One additional bedroom and a bath on the second level is furnished with a king sized bed, dresser and rocking chair. Patio area includes a generous amount of furniture and a gas grill . Community amenities offer something for everyone, including swimming pools, fitness centers, golf, tennis, pickleball and more. You can be as active or quiet and laid back as you prefer.
