Apartment style living in a quiet Cul de Sac with views of Lake Taupo and the Mountains. Minutes from the Lake and walking distance to the CBD. Restaurants and cafes near by. Apartment is fully self contained with 1 Queen bed and twin share. Cooking facilities consist of a microwave, 2 gas hobs and a BBQ. There is NO oven. There is a dish draw. The space We have a small old dog and we welcome guests with dogs or cats! The section is not fenced but the Apartment is at the end of a very quiet cul de sac so reasonably safe. Guest access The Apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. The only shared space is the laundry. Other things to note Booking for long weekends e.g. Labour weekend, Auckland and Wellington Anniversary weekends a minimum of 2 nights and Easter a minimum of 3 nights. Bookings for April 17th to 24th 2024 for Super Cars is a minimum of 4 nights
