Description
Rest, relax and rejuvenate at this modern, 2,500 sq ft California contemporary home which sits on half an acre of pure privacy. Curated with the traveler in mind, this two level home has plenty of room for a large family with 2 living rooms, dining rooms and fully stocked kitchens. This location provides a convenient hub for all your needs whether it's a concert venue, mountain access, shopping, nearby trails or visiting family, you can have it all here at the Traveler. The space This remodeled home is secluded on half an acre with everything you need whether it's a romantic getaway or a family retreat. The main floor boasts 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room and living room. Each bedroom pays tribute to a different country such as Egypt, Morocco and Japan. The Spanish Colonial master king bedroom opens out to the back patio with plenty of sunshine. The Japanese-inspired basement welcomes you to another living space complete with a large king bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and large living space with an additional day bed that converts to a short king. The back yard is vast and will seem endless, hidden behind wooden privacy fence. You're sure to feel as though you're in the mountains with all the large pine trees that reach for the sky. If you would like to further connect with nature, the Highline Canal is nearby which meanders 71 continuous miles across the Denver area. It's one of the largest linear parks in the nation. Guest access There is plenty of safe parking in the carport and driveway. There's also free street parking. Uber & Lyft are also available as well as a light rail station just 5 min short drive away. Guests have access to the entire home and yard except for maid closets, one of which is upstairs and is locked and one in the laundry room and the outdoor shed. I don't lock things up in the laundry room but it does store some tools and supplies for the home. The yard on the north side you are welcome to access but it needs landscaping. The black dog pen located on that side protects a family of rabbits who give birth each spring. Neighborhood cats have been an issue hence the pen to keep them out. You'll enjoy the south side, larger yard far more which is a half acre. Other things to note I am currently working on the outdoor space. Since I recently moved out, I had to break down the koi pond. The deck and pond area will be remodeled in 2025 but for now you will see the pond area w/o water. Please keep the kiddos away from the pond space for their safety. I keep the patio furniture covered due to all the evergreen trees and litter they dump in a short amount of time. You're welcome to remove the covers and enjoy the space however in the winter, it is not maintained as well as the summer months. Keep things covered when not in use due to the sudden changes in weather. I still have some yard accessories stored there as well as my trailer and motorcycle. This is temporary while I get situated in my new place.
