Rustic House Close to Firopotamos

Entire house with a pronounced traditional Greek style, rustic feel. Maintains the authentic features of the Cycladic architecture. It includes a terrace which provides an amazing view towards the mountains. Very close (walking distance, 25 min) to Firopotamos beach and Plathiena beach. Made out of stone and the roof is made of wooden barns and isolated with seaweed. Very very quiet. The house has 1 bedroom and (1 large bed + 1 bunk bed as well). AC installed May 2024. The space The house is located in Plakes-Firopotamos. Not in Plaka but at the bottom of Plaka, in Plakes. It is a very local area and slightly remote, on the outskirts of the Northern part of the island. Meaning the Wi-Fi can be spotty and telephone signal can be inaccessible, even if you have the roaming on. Please note that this is not a central location. However, for those renting a car, in 10 minutes or so they can access most of the popular tourist attractions in Milos. The house is a traditional, rustic house. It does not have modern amenities nor it can offer a modern type of comfort. It has a countryside feel. But is it the type of place that people in the island live in. Of note also that we are also not a hospitality business, hence we are unable to offer the kind of professional hospitality services. But if you want a local, quiet, rustic place, one that is less impacted by the negative effects of over-tourism, than this is a great place to enjoy.
