It’s often stated by our guests that the view rivals some of the top landscapes & city skyline from around the world. You can walk to downtown Russell & enjoy shopping, great food & tasty drinks. Only a few mins from Ashland KY & 20 mins to Huntington, WV The space The RIVERTIME experience is waiting for you. We have created a getaway where relaxation is the focus by providing everything for you. 😍👉 2-3 person cooling tub is now up and running thru the summer months. Water temps are around 78°-85° most of the time. -Misting fan is now operational at the opened air end of the deck. 2 lounge chairs are waiting on you to relax with a cool misty breeze hitting you while you relax by the river. - Riverfront view of bridge & the Ohio River - 30ft x 10ft covered deck - Hot tub for 6 - meticulously maintained - Outdoor patio furniture for 5 on the deck - Outdoor dining table for 6 on the deck - A heater placed up behind the patio couch 👉 SET UP FROM OCTOBER - MAY THE RIVER-DOME @ RIVERTIME 12ft diameter x 7.2’ high at crown - 2 Hanging fans for summer that are amazing - Misting fan at the end of the deck for hot days - COOLING TUB - Gas Grill w/grilling utensils - Cut firewood, kindling & cardboard ready for you - Large chair for 2 called the "Cuddler" in the yard - Large lounge chair in the yard - Portable outdoor ring toss game on the deck - A bluetooth speaker charging by the front door - 2 large yoga mats in the back closet - Kitchen w/everything we can think of & a blender - Extra blankets & throws in the ottomans For the extra special occasion/celebration we love to try and help make your arrival as amazing as you dream of it being. In the past we have set up flowers, balloons and even started the fire for our guests. If you think of something that you'd like our help with, just let us know and we will do our best to make it happen. Guest access 3 small steps and you're n the house. 2 small steps and you're in the backyard. We've had guests hold 90th bday parties here after coming to the property and inspect if their grandpa could navigate the steps. Other things to note 1. We also have a "Work-Free" checkout. - arrive, relax and leave w/o working your butt off cleaning! All we ask is that you place the used towels in the bathtub. Yes, that's it. We do the rest. That means you don't have to do laundry, make the beds or take out the last little bit of trash. Well, unless you have seafood or something seriously smelly in the can. LOL then yes, please take that out. ;) 2. We work hard at providing the kind of 5 STAR service you deserve. 3. By choosing to stay at RIVERTIME, you are impacting our family's future, especially our grandkids. And for that, we are truly grateful. 4. Parking is limited. The driveway is big enough for 2-3 vehicles. Larger vehicles will find it easier to back in. With multiple cars, please move the trash can up towards the shed. Then park one vehicle in the grass. Visitors must use the driveway. We do have some other arrangements we can discuss to accommodate additional vehicles. THERE IS NO ON-STREET PARKING FOR RIVERTIME.
