Historic, luxury central villa, 5 bed, heated pool

Our beautifully restored villa is right in the centre of town but has a private heated swimming pool and patio area for sun bathing and dining. The house has fresh white walls, dark wooden floors and shuttered windows. We have down and feather duvets and pillows, white cotton bedding and a fully equipped BBQ area outside. Upstairs we have a TV room with a wood burning stove and downstairs the living area is open plan. The swimming pool is saltwater and has an automatic cover for safety. The space Our home is perfect for 2 families sharing as each family can have a self contained floor to themselves with a bathroom and living space. The dining table downstairs seats 12 so everyone can eat together. There is enough space that you don't feel crushed in. The verandah in front of the house gets the morning sun, perfect for a coffee and a book. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, we just lock one room outside with our personal things in it. Other things to note The pool is not heated from Nov-February. We are directly opposite the Foz Surf School which is throughly recommended for people of all ages. Brilliant teaching from really caring people. Registration Details 82107/AL
