"La Lupina" mountain chalet

The "La Lupina" cottage is located at an altitude of 1500 m in the ancient village of Les Orres. On the edge of pastures and at the start of hiking trails, it enjoys an exceptional natural environment, with views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and the ski slopes of the resort. It benefits from maximum sunshine until sunset. New construction, respecting the traditional architecture in larch and stone, the chalet offers the best comfort. The space The chalet is independent with private parking. The interior decor is both warm and modern with clean lines. The 140 m² chalet consists of a ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove for your enjoyment, an open kitchen, a double bedroom (140 bed), a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a double bedroom (160 bed), a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with 4 modular single beds that can be combined, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and TV area with sofa bed on mezzanine. Heated floor heating ensures optimal comfort in winter. Amenities: The kitchen is new and fully equipped. Basic equipment: washer-dryer, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso... Services included: We provide linens. Towels are not included in the rental (as we are afraid we cannot offer you the best cozy comfort that would suit you). However, it is possible to rent them for a fee of €5 per person. If you tell us in advance the bed arrangement you want, they will be prepared for your arrival. Some consumables will be at your disposal to help you on your arrival (Nespresso pods, tea, toilet paper, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil as well as wood for the stove) Other things to note: weekly rental during winter school holiday periods, or minimum of 4 nights outside these periods. Tourist tax in addition to the price. Deposit of €900, not cashed, requested upon arrival For everyone's comfort, the accommodation is non-smoking. For animals, you can make a special request to us on a case-by-case basis. Guest access Obviously, the chalet has the disadvantages of its benefits. Quiet at 1500 m altitude, it is necessary to have a vehicle to fully enjoy the area. Here are some indications of distances by CAR to help you find your way around: By car from Grenoble: about 2 hours By car from Marseille airport: about 2.5 hours By car from Aix-en-Provence TGV: about 2 hours You can also come by TRAIN: You arrive at the Embrun station, and from there, shuttles go up to Les Orres and stop at the main town. (ask for schedules) A night train runs from Paris to Embrun for example. In winter, however, you can use the shuttles from the town of Embrun down the valley, then the free shuttles to the resort center.
