In the heart of Padua, three minutes from the Duomo and five minutes from the squares, in the inner courtyard of an ancient 16th-century noble building, you can stay in this exclusive apartment equipped with numerous comforts. Very quiet, air-conditioned, it has a double bedroom, a mezzanine with two single beds and a living room with a double sofa bed. The location offers the possibility to visit the entire historic center on foot or to quickly reach public transport to get out of the center. The space The ceilings with exposed beams and the Venetian terrazzo floor will allow you to experience "historic Padua" in a perfect combination of past and present. The central location allows our guests to reach any place of interest in the city center in a few minutes on foot, enjoying the famous Paduan porticoes. You will have unlimited free Wi-Fi, SmartTV, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor with independent access from the internal courtyard of the building. Other things to note At check-in, the keys will be handed over and guests' IDs will need to be registered as per current regulations. The tourist tax (€1 per person per day for the first 5 days of stay, excluding children under 16) (€2.50 per person per day from July 1, 2024) is excluded from the rental fee and must be paid in cash on-site. The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) that regulates the historic center, accessible by car only with the appropriate permit from the Municipality of Padua. I can offer several solutions for guests arriving by car: 1. Park freely outside the ZTL, then walk about 100 meters from the ZTL boundary to get to the exact street number. A cost-free solution. 2. There is the possibility to use an uncovered parking space directly inside the building, 2 meters from the apartment door. The service is an extra, costs 15 euros per day and must be paid on site in cash only. This service includes the costs of the permit which, in this case, will cover the entire period allowing entry and exit from the ZTL 24 hours a day. Cleaning: For stays longer than 7 days, we offer, included in the fee, a weekly change of sheets and towels that are delivered to the apartment at the same time as the collection of used ones. At the request of guests, we can schedule one or more general cleanings of the apartment at a cost of €50.00 each, not included in the fee and to be paid on site. Cleaning can be arranged according to the frequency preferred by guests and is generally performed in the morning. Notes: We are unable to offer any luggage storage service.
