Stylish cottage near York, pool table 3 bed 3 bath

A Large comfortable cottage on the outskirts of the lovely Haxby village approximately 5 miles from York Centre . With 3 bedrooms (one of which is downstairs) and 3 full bathrooms it is a spacious home which is ideal for a family get together or for friends meeting up. The dining kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and eat at home if you wish. The pool table is always a great hit with our guests and many a pool tournament has been played. The space The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite , it has a small TV , it is upstairs . BEDROOM 2 is also upstairs and can be set up as a TWIN room or a SUPERKING . This room is next to a small shower room with sink and toilet. BEDROOM 3 DOWNSTAIRS can be set up as a TWIN room with two single beds or as a SUPERKING bed . This room is next to the main bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower . ***PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR BED PREFERENCES ON YOUR BOOKING INFORMATION *** THANK YOU *For short notice bookings it may not be possible to have a choice of set up. A travel cot is provided * please bring your own cot bedding There is parking for at least 4 cars. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need for your stay.there is a small TV .. (AGA is not operational) There is a High chair We provide ; Washing liquid Dishwasher tablets Laundry detergent Cloths Tea towels Cling wrap Aluminum foil Kitchen roll Salt & pepper Cooking oil Tea Coffee Sugar 1 bath towel and I hand towel supplied per person for short stays and 2 per person for stays of 5 days and more Shampoo Conditioner Shower gel Liquid soap Toilet rolls I do not charge a cleaning fee but ask that you leave my home tidy, I have labelled the cupboards for your convenience so you can easily return items to their correct place. Please empty the fridge and put all rubbish in the wheelie bin located in the back garden, recycling into the tubs. Check you have all your personal belongings, close doors and windows, please return the key to the key safe if I am not next door otherwise just leave the door open and give me a knock or send a message when leaving thanks . Guest access Private enclosed garden and off road parking at the front of the house. A Keysafe is in the porch to allow self check in . Other things to note Off road parking is to the front of the property in the driveway which has parking for at least 4 vehicles.
