Only 100 meters from the popular and longest street in Europe, Piotrkowska. The space Bass Suites apartments are located on the 4th floor in a historic tenement house, in the very center of the city. The apartments are accessed by stairs or elevator. Upstairs there are 6 comfortably furnished apartments. The room has a large bed 160 x 200 cm. Guest access Our guests can use the well-equipped apartment rooms. Each apartment has a large flat-screen TV, cable TV and wireless high-speed internet. The rooms are equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, coffee and tea starter. We also offer a fridge and a safe in the closet, as well as an iron and ironing board. The bathrooms are equipped with high quality fittings and shower cabins. We also provide a hairdryer. During your stay The apartments are available by e-mail or by telephone. After paying for the reservation, the guest will receive an email or phone code to an electronic mailbox from which they can easily retrieve the keys to the room at any time of the day or night. Of course, we are here to help if you need it, or if you have a question, an apartment employee will help and come to the place in person. Other things to note Regulations and General Rules of BRASS SUITES Apartments The management of BRASS SUITES Apartments will highly appreciate your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for Guests. • BRASS SUITES provides the Guest with the entire apartment, including furniture and equipment (audio and video devices, household appliances) and undertakes to provide conditions for a comfortable stay. • The Guest undertakes to use the Apartment only for residential purposes – it is forbidden to organize events in the Apartment. • The Guest receives a set of keys, which he/she is obliged to return to the company employee on the day of departure, or leave them in the electronic mailbox, provided that the reservation has been paid for. • The hotel day lasts from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. • Visits by guests not checked in to the apartment can take place until 10:00 p.m. • It is forbidden to bring any animals into the apartment. • It is forbidden to smoke tobacco products and electronic cigarettes in the apartment (Journal of Laws 1996 No. 10, item 55). The fee for non-compliance with the smoking ban is PLN 500. These are the costs of removing and neutralizing odors. • In the event that the Guest significantly violates the peace and/or property of the neighbors and does not comply with the generally applicable standards of coexistence between people, BRASS SUITES reserves the right to terminate the Guest's stay in the apartment and is not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay. • For losing the keys to the apartment, the Guest shall pay a fee of PLN 200. • BRASS SUITES undertakes to immediately respond to the reported comments and reservations regarding the level of services, the functioning of the equipment and the cleanliness and order in the apartment by taking steps to immediately remove defects or deficiencies • The Guest shall be fully liable for any damage to the walls or equipment of the apartment caused during the stay by the fault of the Guest or by the fault of the visitors, and shall be charged with the costs of repairs and additional fees, including transport costs and staff costs. The Guest is financially responsible for the damage, not in kind - the Guest cannot buy back the damaged items on his/her own. • In the event of damage and destruction in the Apartment, the Guest is obliged to immediately notify the staff of BRASS SUITES Apartments. In this case, the Guest will not be charged for the repair costs, and the defect will be removed as soon as possible. • BRASS SUITES Apartments are not responsible for the Guest's personal belongings left or stolen from the apartment in the event of a burglary. • If items belonging to the Guest are found in the apartment after his/her departure, they may, at his/her express request, be sent back to the indicated address at the expense of the recipient.
