Living room (first floor) - 1.9 metres leather sofa bed - 55 inch smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, Internet, etc.) - vintage dining table with 4 chairs - air conditioner ** There is no window on the first floor** Kitchen (first floor) - hot plate - toaster - kettle - coffee, tea, sugar, creamer - coffee machine - cookwares - dinnerware - microwave - fridge - first aid kit - baby high chair (there is no washing machine because of the limited space. There are laundromats and a laundry shop located 50 metres away from the house) bedroom 1 (second floor) - queen size bed (5 feet or 150 centimetres wide) - very comfortable mattress - balcony - air conditioner bedroom 2 (second floor) - small double bed (4 feet 0r 120 centimetres wide) - very comfortable mattress - air conditioner bedroom 3 (second floor) - single bed (3.5 feet or 90 centimetres wide) - very comfortable mattress - air conditioner - cieling fan - window bathroom (first floor) - hot shower - shower cream, shampoo, conditioner - bath towels *For a reservation for 4-5 people, please be aware that there is only one bathroom.* ☀️ **Special for my guests, you can use the rooftop swimming pool and the gym at Grand Sathon hotel (a small 4 star hotel) which is right next to the house. The fee is 200 Baht/person (or about 5.5 USD) and 100 Baht for a kid. You will get pool towels and can order drinks and food at the pool bar and restaurant.**☀️ 🔅 There are also - Thai traditional dresses for a photoshoot. (free of charge!) They will be perfect for your social media or your new profile photos!! You can also wear them to temples. :) - board games (so much fun and every guest loves them!) - customised Bangkok and the neighborhood guidebook written by me. The road may be busy but it has its charm and uniqueness.
