The apartment is located in the countryside, in the middle of the Marche hills, 10 minutes by car from the sea and 20 from the Conero Park, it is equipped with all comforts, washing machine, dishwasher, heating, TV. It is located in a large building with other apartments, but it is still quiet. Ideal for those who want peace and privacy, you can park for free and enjoy some sun on the large adjacent terrace equipped with deckchairs and tables for eating. The space The two-room apartment consists of a large double room, a bathroom with shower and bidet, and a kitchen with a sofa bed (ideal for a third guest). Upon request, we have availability for an additional double room with bathroom on the upper floor of the property.
