The space This fantastic, beautiful and cozy house is idyllically situated just in the center of the Iconic Beach of Granja, perfectly located near to all tourist attractions and with privileged access to all the perfect spots for you to visit in your next trip to Porto. This is the best place for you to gather your family and friends and enjoy the pleasure of a mix and complete holidays, where you can just relax by the beach or easily visit the city of Porto and all the outstanding attractions that all the north of Portugal and the Douro Region has to offer. The house is a centenary building with 3 floors, all furnished and prepared with everything you´ll need for a great time. The ground floor is just the entrance hall with a very tradicional and arquitectural look. On the 1st floor, by one side of the stairs you´ll find a spacious and confortable living-room equiped with TV, a double sofá bed, and attached also a bedroom prepared with two bunk beds and with a private bathroom. By the other side of the stairs you´ll have a very cozy dining-room, a fully-equiped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary equipment), you have also here two complete bathrooms with shower and two private bedrooms, one with two single twin beds and the other with a double bed. On the 2nd floor you have two very cute bedrooms, one with doble twin beds and the other with two single sofa beds and a private bathroom. Also on the 2nd floor you´ll find the real attraction of this house, a splendid lounge area, an inside and closed terrace, with ocean and nature view, decorated and equiped with a touch of nature and a chic partymood, idyllically prepared for a small and private events, where you can just lay down relaxing and catching the sun during the day, or having a family/friends party by sunset or by night! In this lounge area you´ll find also our honesty bar where some drinks and snacks are available if you wish, trusting you to write it down what was consumed and help us to mantain it sustainable for our guests. On request we can also provide a tradicional food and beverege service if you desire for any special moment! We highly recomend you to see all the photos and see for yourselves the splendid views and environment above this incredible holiday house. We have to inform also that since December 2018, a touristic city tax needs to be paid in addition to the rental price and is not included on the final value shown on Airbnb. The tax needs to be charged on all paid overnight stays per guest aged 16 or over up to a maximum of seven nights, The amount to be paid by each person and each night is €2,5.
