Part of a country house with private fenced pool. Near Palazzo del Pero, Province of Arezzo. The space Antico Mulino is part of a very old, stone farmhouse with remarkably ancient roots. The mill, property of the Lepri family from generations, has been handed down from father to son, and since the first of the '900 had been an important landmark of the local farming community. On the ground floor of the farmhouse you can still admire the ancient millstones used to produce flour that was used to prepare the famous Tuscan, homemade bread and cereal milling of all kinds. The village of Palazzo del Pero, where there is a bar and small grocery stores, is located just 3 km away and the city of Arezzo with its works of art, monuments, shops and services of all kinds is approximately 15 minutes by car. Antico Mulino is located on the edge of a green valley, in an easily accessible yet quiet and peaceful area. Guests have at disposal a beautiful, fenced pool (size mt. 10x4, Prof. mt. 1.40), a large outdoor area with garden furniture and a well-tended vegetable garden, where every day they can gather and enjoy seasonal vegetables. The house furnishing is nice and comfortable and fits in perfectly with a rustic, Tuscan typical home. Your small size four-legged friends are also welcome. GROUND FLOOR: bathroom with shower and wide kitchen with access to a paved external area, next to the swimming pool, equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. FIRST FLOOR: with access only from an external staircase with typical, small loggia, living-dining room with TV, kitchenette with wood burning oven and access to a small terrace with table and chairs ideal for outdoor breakfasts. From the living room access to a sitting room with sofas, wide dining room, bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, double bedroom. The rooms are connected by a few steps. EQUIPMENT: freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, ironing set, duster, high chair, stroller, barbecue, satellite TV, toaster, hair dryer, mosquito nets on the windows. It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away. Obligatory final cleaning Euro 100.
