Holiday villa with garden, lake view and direct access to lake front. The house is located in the beautiful village of Caldè, a few steps from the village square. The living space is distributed over three floors and offers accommodation for up to 10 people.  The space The house is located in the beautiful village of Caldè, a few steps from the village square. The living space is distributed over three floors and offers accommodation for up to 10 people.  On the ground floor is the large living room. It is equipped with a cooking island and has refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and an American coffee machine. Also on the ground floor are the living room with dining table and a guest toilet. On the first floor were two of the five sleeping rooms: a double and a triple room, the triple room has lake view. Here is also the first bathroom, equipped with shower, sink and toilet. A washing machine is at your disposal. The staircase leads to the second floor to the other sleeping areas. There are two double rooms (both with lake view), as well as a twin bedroom with a bunk bed, from where you can look at Santa Veronica church. Also on this level is a bathroom, this time equipped with a bathtub.  To get to the garden of the house, you have to cross a small traffic-calmed street. It has a table for more than 10 people. There are also sun loungers and various chairs for the guests. A pergola offers shelter from the summer sun, where you can sunbathe on the lawn. From here you have a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore and has a private access to the lakeside promenade. The beaches are 100 meters away.  Guest access Please note that the house does not have a private car park. You need to park in the surrounding area (free parking is 100-200 meters away).
