Guest access There is a small private warehouse that will remain closed and inaccessible throughout the stay. Other things to note A short stay agreement will be signed on the day of check-in where the reason for the stay will be recorded. No smoking allowed in any stay of the apartment, nor are allowed access to animals or people included in the reservation. Neighbors' rest will be respected between 10pm and 8am. It is totally forbidden to have parties or events inside the property. Failure will result in cancellation of your stay without any refund. Although there is an oven in the kitchen, it is not operational, so it should not be used. The heating will be connected only from October 15 to May 15. In no case will it be manipulated by the guests. The air conditioning will be operational from June 15 to September 15. The check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, make sure that it will arrive within the hour before making the reservation, if you have to arrive outside, check with us in advance, whenever possible, it will be provided at an additional cost of 20 euros, which will be paid upon arrival at the apartment. A few days before the start date of the stay we will communicate with you to specify the time of arrival, if they do not tell us any time at least 24 hours before the start of the stay there will be no one in the apartment waiting to be able to check in. If you do not specify an arrival time, we cannot guarantee access to the apartment. Failure to comply with the rules of coexistence of the apartment will mean the immediate cancellation of the reservation.
