The small villa is 450 meters away from amenities such as supermarket, bar, newsstand and tobacco shop, while it`s 300 meters away from a bakery. It`s near the beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione and Torre Chianca. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. -Air conditioner in the living room and in the corridor near bedrooms. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 150 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
