Great home in quiet neighborhood minutes away from popular restraunts. Churchill Downs and downtown bars are a 15 minute drive. Tons of room for air mattress if needed. We can provide 2 queen size air mattresses if requested. The back yard has two decks that provide a nice place to hang out when not at the race track. The pool will NOT be open on Derby Weekend. There is a charcoal grill and an electric smoker on the deck off the back door. We are happy to help with transportation!
