The Loft @ 208

We restored a 171 year old home in downtown Fenton, where we live with the friendliest Red Fox lab, named Bama. The Loft @ 208 is a private studio suite (700+ sq ft), above our oversized garage. Tastefully decorated and stocked with you in mind. It has a queen bed, queen sofa bed, single pullout, two TVs, Phillip's concrete bar, full size fridge, toaster, instapot, beverage station, microwave, wifi and bathroom. A couch/chaise-ish and 2 comfy chairs complete the setting for a memorable stay. The space Entry is via a keyless pad located on the door. You may park all the way up, to the far right, next to the entry door. We can accommodate multiple cars. Enter into a shared space, to a short hallway on the left, and up a flight of stairs to The Loft. It is a new space we built specifically to use as an airbnb or to host family and friends. The Loft is approximately 700 square feet, cozy, comfortable and unique. It also has it's own private entry to our large deck, and oversized privacy fenced city lot, on the main floor. There is a queen bed with a memory foam topper, a queen sofa sleeper/couch with a memory foam mattress, a pull out single, 2 comfy chairs a large bar/eating or work space and coffee/tea station. We pride ourselves in providing everything you need to have a memorable visit, down to the smallest of details. We like helping you make memories at The Loft! Guest access Guests can enter through a semi-private door between the house and garage. You will see The Loft @ 208 sign on the left, near the short hallway, leading to The Loft door. This door does have a lock, seperating it from the semi private space. On the other side of The Loft door is a staircase to The Loft, and a private outside door leading to the rear deck. Entrance to our home is on the other side of this shared entrance space through a barn door. Access to the laundry room with a washer/ dryer and ironing is available in the semi private area. Other things to note Bama will be in our house, he is not allowed in The Loft. They are completely separate. He does, however, have a doggie door he accesses in the semi-private entry. If you are comfortable with our Red Fox Lab, Bama, (don't hold his name against him) ... we like to allow him to use the doggie door and go to the Laundry room for his food and water.
