Beautiful garden flat located in the bottom 2 floors of a Georgian townhouse. Front door is shared but once inside you have complete privacy. You have 1 floor completely to yourselves to enjoy the peace & quiet of my home. The flat is located 1 mile from the centre of Bath which makes it easy to park & walk along the quirky London road. Within 10 minutes you arrive at the Bohemian centre of Bath…Walcot st where you will find great shops inc a cake shop & cafes., another 10 mins to centre 🏛️ The space *PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ EVERYTHING* I’m happy to welcome you to my lovely, relaxing garden flat. I live in a Georgian townhouse in the charming city of Bath… Which I absolutely love. I’m a stones throw away from Larkhall village which hosts the Rose & Crown pub…my local! There is a deli, cafes, bakery, hardware store, florist & many more great places to try. This cosy space offers an open plan sociable kitchen/diner, sitting room, dining table, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with a 4ft small double bed (6ins smaller than double bed :)) leading to an outside covered heated terrace & a child friendly walled garden. The large sofa in the sitting room can be slept on if required & I can provide an extra sheet & bedding at no extra cost. (Please ask me for bedding for the sofa)) Betty is my free spirited cat & will be around as she’s very friendly! Please be aware you may find fur on furniture 🐈‍⬛ But she is completely adorable & enjoys hanging out with new people!😻😻 My cleaner comes every Friday approx 11-3pm ( No extra charge) You’re more than welcome to check in whilst Nina is here As children are very welcome I have travel cot with bedding & a high chair for your use 😀 The walk into Bath is great, it’s a flat mile with antique shops & independents all the way in…I hope you’ll love Bath as much as I do 😉 Guest access 2 bedrooms, kitchen/diner, bathroom, sitting room , dining table, dishwasher, sky Tv, Netflix, Prime, wifi, an outside secluded terrace and the garden. Being a Georgian terrace my neighbours are very close so the noise levels at all times needs to be considerate please 🙏🏼 Towels and bed linen will be provided inc a travel cot. If you need pram/bike storage there is a front cellar for you to use Other things to note I have a gorgeous cat called Betty who is very precious to me.... So I need to be completely reassured my guests are cat lovers.. .. So please ... If this situation doesn't work for you...Don't book my apartment.. There are cat flaps so she can come and go as she pleases in both apartments. You need to be a CAT person as Betty may bring in little prezzies!!!🐭🐁
