Beautiful house set in the countryside, with amazing 180 degree rural/sea views and Western Port Bay views. Just 5 minutes by car to the Penguin Parade and 10 mins to the main township, Cowes. This is an ideal Australian holiday spot with a huge variety of entertainment - golf, surf beaches, wildlife park, bowling, Grand Prix track and go-carts. General store located 3 minutes away and farm produce across the road. As we are in a nature park area we cannot accept pets. The space A beautiful and comfortable house with an astounding position in the countryside of Phillip Island. The house has amazing views of the ocean and bay. There are heaters in each room of the house. Portable fans for the summer cool breezes. An open fire is also in sittingroom as well as heater. Located only 3 minutes drive to famous Penguin Parade, 10 minutes to Cowes township with every facility. Many surf and bay beaches close by, Grand Prix track, wildlife sanctuary. Public golf course 7 minutes drive. There is a huge garden to play including a swing. Ample parking for all guests. A BBQ is available for use and indoors an upright gas stove and grill, 2 fridges, ample seating and tables, inside and outside on wooden deck. Guest access The whole house is provided with all beds made up including towels for each guest. There is a laundry and a second bathroom located external to house, useful for larger groups. A wooden outdoor deck, BBQ and garden, including ample parking for cars and boats etc. Other things to note This is a particularly wonderful spot for overseas visitors to experience the Australian countyside and the benefit of amazing sightseeing and wildlife attractions. The house is convenient for two families, extended families or even a group of up to 8 friends to stay together comfortably. We cannot accept pets to stay. Sheep and cattle are close by, wallabies, cape barren gueese and wedge tail eagles among the birdlife to watch.
