This contemporary one bedroom apartment is situated just across the street from one of Plovdiv’s best renowned hotels – the Grand Hotel. The space The flat is brand new and it is on the first floor of a modern private building, which has been among the nominees of the prestigious Building of the Year Awards a few years ago. The apartment is accessible both by lift and stairs. The space consists of one bedroom with a comfortable king - size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen box, a balcony and a terrace. There is a 50" flat screen TV with a list of national and international channels, including sports, science and kids programs. There is free fast Wi- Fi in all rooms. For your greatest comfort, the residence has been equipped with quality linen, fresh and soft towels, fine bathroom cosmetics and accessories, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine and even an international adapter for your electronic devices. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge, a cooker and utensils so you can prepare your meal. For a fresh start of the day, there is a real treat for espresso lovers - an Illy machine with complimentary coffee capsules, as well as an electric kettle and a variety of tea flavors. And when you sip on your morning drink, you might as well check out the list with my favorite spots to hang out, dine and shop. Traveling with kids and babies? I know how challenging this might be. For the safety and the comfort of your children there is a baby cot and a high chair and I will be happy to provide you with other essentials - like a bottle and puree heater or even a walker or a rocking chair.
