Entire guest section of a Venetian villa in the Euganean Hills Park, on an organic farm with a Pinot Noir vineyard. Four independent apartments with bathroom and kitchenette, plus a kitchen, dining room, and living room on the ground floor for exclusive use, with an outdoor terrace. Up to 10 guests. We, the owners — farmers and producers of the house wine — live on the first floor of the same villa. The space On the first floor, the main entrance leads to the spaces for your exclusive use: the adjoining living room and dining room, with 10 seats at the table, the equipped kitchen, and a half bathroom. The entrance also overlooks the storage area for our Rosa Marani wine, reserved for the company: if you are curious, ask, and a bottle can be found. Outside, the terrace with 10 more seats at the table for dining while looking at the hills. From the entrance, the internal staircase leads to the floors: on the first floor is the Monte Sereo apartment and our home, and on the second floor are the Rocca Pendice, Monte Grande, and Monte Matello apartments. Each apartment has its own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Air conditioning in the Monte Sereo, Monte Grande and Monte Matello apartments. Surrounding: the vineyard, the farm animals, and the trails of the Euganean Hills. Guest access You have exclusive use of the four apartments and, on the ground floor, the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom, as well as the outdoor terrace. The entrance, the internal staircase and the area in front of the villa are shared with us, the owners, who live on the first floor. The wine storage room on the ground floor is reserved for the company. Other things to note The villa is the heart of an active farm: it is its beauty, and it includes the sounds of the countryside. Maximum 10 guests; parties and events are not allowed. Air conditioning in three out of four apartments; Heating is not included and can be requested from 10/15 to 04/15. The number of hours the boiler will be operated will be agreed upon with the guests, and the cost of the pellets and diesel consumed will be calculated. During your stay, the schedule can be changed as needed. According to Italian law, heating cannot be used from April 15 to October 15 (Presidential Decree No. 412 of August 26, 1993). If there is excessive electricity consumption, the kWh consumed in excess of a certain number included daily will be billed. TOURIST TAX The Municipality of Teolo has introduced a tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights and for those who are over the age of 13.
