The space Located in the village of Rognes, 20 kilometers north of Aix-en-Provence, our contemporary 140 m2 habitable bastide can accommodate 8 people. All rooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor, the fully equipped integrated kitchen overlooks a dining room and a cozy living room with a smart TV. Direct access to an outdoor terrace with a table, unobstructed views of the garden. Laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A separate toilet in the entrance. On the ground floor, the master bedroom with dressing room and private bathroom (1 sink, 1 shower) offers a large comfortable bed (200 * 200). Direct access to the garden. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a large 160 x 200 bed and garden view. Another bedroom with garden view and 2 separate beds of 90 x 200. A small cozy bedroom offers 2 beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. A separate toilet. A separate bathroom (1 sink, 1 bathtub). 3000 m2 wooded and landscaped garden. For children: Trampoline, ping pong table, badminton net, swing, hammock. Lagoon pool with wooden terrace and deckchairs. Pool towels are provided. Linens (sheets and bath towels) and kitchen linens (dishcloths, tablecloths) are provided. The villa is located in a residential area 2 kilometers from the center of the village, in which you will find the small essential shops: 2 excellent bakeries, 1 very good butcher shop, 1 tobacco press, 1 coffee shop, 1 pharmacy, 1 medical center, 1 supermarket, 1 greengrocer, several restaurants, 1 wine bar, 1 snack bar, hairdressing and beauty salons. Provencal market on Wednesday mornings. Rognes is ideally located between Aix-en-Provence, the Luberon and the Alpilles. It's a great base for exploring the region!
