The apartment's strategic and quiet location allows you to easily walk to the center of Bardolino and by car to locations such as Verona, Venice, Mantua, all the beautiful towns overlooking the lake and amusement parks such as Gardaland. The lakefront and its rolling hills offer a pleasant stay with walks, mountain bike trails and tasty food and wine tastings. The space We're happy to host you in our villa! We rent a bright and cozy apartment with private parking on the first floor of our beautiful, recently renovated villa. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, and a washing machine. In addition, there are small appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, microwave, espresso and drip coffee makers, plates, dishes, and glasses to make your breakfasts, lunches, and dinners convenient and relaxed, even outdoors on the large terrace with a lake view. The apartment has three large bedrooms with a king-size bed. The larger double bedroom has a double sofa bed for two additional guests. All of the rooms have a private bathroom with a modern shower. All three bathrooms are equipped with an alarm bell and hairdryer. In summer, all rooms are quietly and independently air-conditioned, and in the colder season, the entire apartment is pleasantly heated. Each room is enhanced by a balcony with a garden view, and the kitchen terrace with a lake view allows you to dine outdoors. Upon arrival, each room is equipped with towels, bed sheets, a bedspread and a light duvet. Towel change is available every three days and bed linen change is weekly. The towel change is included in the price of the stay. For a small fee, you can request one or more cribs. A garden with a pleasant, spacious gazebo, table, chairs, and sun loungers is available to all guests. The guest garden is separate from the garden of our ground-floor residence, which is located on the opposite side of the villa. We occasionally use our apartment. However, we are always available for your every request or need. This accommodation is perfect for a vacation with friends or family with spaces for everyone to relax and be together in a comfortable environment. Guest access Available to all guests is the garden with gazebo and deck chairs to relax in the shade or sunbathe in peace. We provide free private parking on the property for 3 cars.
