The apartment's strategic and quiet location allows you to easily walk to the center of Bardolino and by car to locations such as Verona, Venice, Mantua, all the beautiful towns overlooking the lake and amusement parks such as Gardaland. The lakefront and its rolling hills offer a pleasant stay with walks, mountain bike trails and tasty food and wine tastings. The space We are delighted to welcome you to our villa! We are renting out a bright and cosy flat on the first floor of our beautiful, recently renovated villa, with private parking available. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cleaning products and a washing machine. In addition, there are small household appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, and coffee maker for espresso and filter coffee, as well as plates, crockery and glasses, to make your breakfasts, lunches and dinners convenient and relaxed, including when enjoyed outdoors on the large terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment has three large bedrooms with king-size beds. The larger double bedroom includes a double sofa bed for two additional guests. All rooms have a private bathroom with a modern shower. All three bathrooms are equipped with an alarm bell and a hairdryer. In the summer, all the rooms are quietly and independently air-conditioned, and in the colder months, the entire flat is pleasantly heated. Each room benefits from a balcony with a view of the garden, while the kitchen terrace, with a view of the lake, allows you to dine al fresco. On arrival, each room is provided with towels, sheets, a bedspread and a light duvet. Towels are changed every three days, and bed linen is changed if necessary. The change of towels and any change of sheets is included in the price of the stay. For a small additional charge, you can request one or more cots for children. All guests have access to the garden, which features a large, comfortable gazebo, a table, chairs and sun loungers. The guest garden is separate from the garden of our ground-floor home, which is located on the opposite side of the villa. We use our apartment occasionally. However, we are always available for any of your requests or needs. This property is perfect for a holiday with friends or family, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together in a comfortable environment.
