The space This apartment is located on the 2nd level of the building. You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out. BEDROOM: Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Also, the bedroom has a lot of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. I will provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - cooktop - oven - microwave - crockery and pieces of cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. There is also a central cooling/heating in the property. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use in the hallway, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. Paid street parking on slip road Mort Street side of the building and also Mort Street. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's BBQ area throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. We don't provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop to the TV.
