The space The place is perfect for 2 or 3 families with kids. Downstairs, bedroom no. 1 with queen size bed and baby crib. Bedroom 2 with a sofa bed and a 190 bed above a desk. Dorm room with 2 bunk beds on 3 floors (190 beds). Bathroom 1 with separate toilet. Upstairs, a large living room with kitchen and dining area separated by a curtain, and a convertible corner sofa facing the TV. Bedroom 3 with TV and double bed, giving access to bathroom 2 with shower as well. Finally, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located after bathroom no. 2. Reminder: end-of-stay cleaning is required. Guest access The entire property is available, an extra room remains closed. Other things to note The end-of-stay cleaning must be done because we do not have people who can do it between 2 groups of guests.
