This beautiful downtown apartment is located just next to the famous Andrassy Avenue - UNESCO heritage and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Heroes Square as well as Oktogon, one of the busiest meeting points in the city. The tube/metro and bus stops are also just a few steps away. It is absolutely comfortable for 4 people including children (one bedroom, one big living room with separate bathroom and lavish kitchen) in a calm and quiet historical building located in the heart of the city. The space The living area has a large and spacious space with comfortable lounge seating. Head out onto the terrace for a coffee or tea in the morning. In the kitchen you will find all you need to cook a gourmet meal at home. Our modern kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, dishwasher and all the cutlery. The Room is very quiet and with fresh air. The bedroom comes with comfortable and stylish double bed with 2 bedside table, Large double door wardrobe and dressing mirror. We do provide Iron & ironing board, fresh towels and linen and unlimited Wifi available 24/7. I always ensure my guests are well looked after and will do my very best to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. Guest access The entire apartment is yours. You will have full access to the property at all times, you may come and go as you please. We will provide you with a key for your home away home and the building so you can access both with ease. Other things to note Please note that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited, however there is a balcony where smoking is allowed. Please note that we will charge 100 euro if you smoke inside the apartment. Please leave the apartment in the same general condition as you found it on arrival. You must compensate any damage caused during your stay. Please be respectful with the neighbors and they will be the same with you!
