Large family home - Jazz Room

Spacious room in large family home located in the North Eugene River Road area. Large room offers comfy bed, closet space, mini fridge coffee pot, and microwave. There's a bathroom located on the second floor that is shared amongst guests with a full shower tub and two sinks. The house is a short walk from fast food eateries, local restaurants, and small shopping centers and grocery stores. Located two blocks from the local bus station that offer shuttles to and from Duck games/events. The space Our home is large with two bathrooms one upstairs one down both accessible to guests. We also offer a rec room with a pool table and a poker table. We also have a large kitchen which guests are welcome to use as long as they clean up after themselves and Supply their own groceries. Guest access Guest can access their bedroom, rec room, washer and dryer, piano room, backyard with fire pit Treehouse and large lawn, fireplace, and multiple common areas. During your stay My wife and I currently live here with our Turtle Elvis. We have lived in Eugene for over 30 years and I'm more than willing to give you recommendations to the local bars restaurants and sights. We are very friendly but we also understand some people's desire for privacy and will not overstep our boundaries. Other things to note There are three guest rooms if you need more than one.
