Guest access Simple and Fast Self Check-in We want you to have a relaxed arrival, so we offer independent access at any time after 3 p.m. Step 1: Door Lockbox 🔑 Go straight to the apartment door. You'll find a secure lockbox mounted next to the door. Enter the code you received and pick up the small key (from the mailbox). Step 2: Mailboxes 📬 With the small key, go to the mailbox area of the block (on the ground floor). Open the box for our apartment, where you will find the main access key. Step 3: Access 🔓 Use the master key to enter and enjoy your stay! Please leave the small key back in the lockbox at the door immediately after you have taken the apartment key. Important: The access code will be sent by private message in the morning of arrival in the app.
