It can accommodate 4 adults It is located in a residence of 8 apartments, with shared swimming pool. The property is located 5 minutes walk from the gorgeous Malibu beach and 1 minute walk from the 7/11 minimarket. It is located along the main road going through Chaloklum. The pier & center of the village are 1 km away. Every Sunday it comes alive with music & local food market to enjoy. The space The living space includes: * A living room with air cond, ceiling fan, smart TV and sofa * A dining area with a table and four chairs * A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, steamer, coffee machine, induction cooker and pans/pots A laundry room with washing machine and sink The two bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a ceiling fan. They both have a Queen Size bed and a wardrobe with hangers. The bedrooms are respectively 14 and 11 sqm. The bathroom is Western standard, with toilet and walk-in shower. The apartment is located on the first floor, it has a street side terrace (with two chairs and one table) and a rear terrace with washing line. The residence has a beautiful swimming pool to cool off during hot days. It is shared with the guests staying in the residence. We recommend the guests to rent a scooter or a car to visit our beautiful island! Guest access Please park in front of your unit, behind the plants beds. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE Guests from 12 years old are welcome to stay ***The rental includes water and wifi charges BUT NOT electricity.
