We will ask our guests to show their Passports and/or their national identity cards in order to collect and share with the immigration authorities. Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception nor someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can schedule your check in in advance. After booking with us we will be available through phone call, chat and email. IMPORTANT NOTE: - For check-ins between 16:00-20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, we might have to reschedule it. - For check-ins after 20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, you run the risk of not being able to check-in and therefore losing the first night of the reservation.
