Arcadia Hideaway- A family-owned townhome

Arcadia Hideaway is a 1960s remodeled townhome located in the heart of the vibrant Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. Enjoy views of the bougainvillea while sipping your morning coffee or fire-up the Weber grill and enjoy a meal in our fully-stocked kitchen. Outside the quiet oasis you're minutes from shopping, hiking, trendy bars, and restaurants (some are walking distance!). In the mood for the energy and scene of Old Town Scottsdale? It's only a short 5-10 minute drive/rideshare away. The space Roughly 1100 sq ft. complete with “minimalist southwest” decor. 1 pet (dogs must be under 35 lbs.) is welcome for stays longer than 5 days - per HOA rules. A private patio with seating + grill are available. It shares a courtyard with other tenants of the townhome complex. There’s no neighbor above and only one shared wall, so it’s quiet :) Guest access Primary access is in the back of the unit, slightly challenging to find, but will be appreciated given that it's set back from much of the road noise 1 covered parking spot is included. Additional guest parking is first come/first serve in any uncovered spot. The unit contains smart locks - directions for access will be given before arrival. Other things to note No parties allowed, and no more than 5 people are permitted at any given time. The pool is usable and maintained by the complex but is a bit dated and in need of a renovation.
