The equestrian gîte of La Cavalerie, nestled in the Gâtinaise countryside (79240) and ideally located between Puy du Fou, Futuroscope and Marais Poitevin, between LAND AND SEA, welcomes you all year round in the equine spirit that inspired it. Brand new and designed to ensure relaxation and comfort, it perfectly accommodates 4 people in a sleek and contemporary design look. The space - "Oldarki" room: 1 bedroom of 16.50 m2 with electric double relaxation bed, private bathroom and toilet, garden view - "Touareg de La Buye" room: 1 bedroom of 19 m2 with double bed of 160 cm, bathroom and private toilet, view of the sky - an equipped kitchen/living room (12-place dishwasher, extractor hood, 4-burner induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment, sink with mixer and telescopic shower, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette service, quality dishes and cookware) But also: - 80 cm flat screen TV and DVD player - Unlimited WiFi - fire extinguisher and smoke detectors - fans - 120 cm sofa - Bluetooth speakers - Soundbar - mood lighting - board games - a videophone and a private entrance to the property, parking on site A 720 m² garden with, depending on the season and/or weather, hammock, garden furniture, barbecue. - Jacuzzi from April to October (30 minutes free, beyond that with extra charge) - Small sports area, shared, with treadmill, elliptical bike and exercise bike. Access to animals, meadows, stables and hay shed is strictly forbidden without a "La Cavalerie" guide for your safety and that of your children. The carousel is a covered workspace for horses: children are not allowed to play in the sand WITHOUT OUR PRIOR CONSENT or WITHOUT DIRECT SUPERVISION by a legal guardian. It is also not recommended to feed the animals without the presence of your hosts, thank you for them. Ball games are not allowed in the garden Guest access The 720 m² garden is at your disposal, we will only pass through briefly (watering the plants, opening and closing the henhouse, etc.) Other things to note Please sort your waste (dedicated bin for plant waste (peels for example, but our chickens, pigs and goats, depending on the nature of the waste and after advice, also recycle efficiently) and selective sorting bins (1 for household waste and 1 for plastics/packaging). For glasses/papers/newspapers, the sorting terminals are at the entrance to the parking lot of the multipurpose room towards the village 2 km away.
