Recently restored and refurbished to a high standard - it is compact, cosy and full of character. The cottage has a sunroom, private courtyard, enclosed garden and off-road parking space. St Columb caters for all your daily needs and is ideally located to explore all of Cornwall. The sea and surf are only 7 minutes away! Guests must book to arrive and depart on a Friday. Guest access Guests have full access to Grove Cottage, its courtyard, garden and parking space. We are happy for dogs to be off-lead in the secure side garden. Other things to note The staircase is quite steep and narrow and unsuitable for young children and may not suit someone with mobility impairment.
