Welcome to the cozy American Oak Cottage in a historic neighborhood, just a short 6 minute walk to Downtown Lodi on a quiet street, and a quick walk to local tasting rooms, breweries, restaurants, movie theater, WOW Science Museum, and boutique shops! A children's playground is less than two blocks around the corner, use the provided grill for BBQ on a nice day, or you can head over to nearby Lodi Lake where you can kayak, paddle board, enjoy the nature trail, and more! The space Come experience the small-town charm of Lodi at American Oak Cottage! This cozy duplex is only two blocks from downtown, and offers all the comforts you could wish for. The main bedroom offers a King size bed and the secondary bedroom offers a Full size bed. With ample kitchen appliances and cookware provided to create your favorite dishes - this cottage has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Enjoy outdoor grilling on the patio or relax indoors while streaming your favorites on the TVs – no matter how long you decide to stay, we’ve got it covered here at American Oak Cottage! We are happy to welcome your four-legged family members! The backyard is small - about the size of a large dog run, but the neighborhood is very walkable and there is a dog park only a couple blocks away. Please review the Pet Policies under the House Rules section. Please note that there is a $100 fee for each pet. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking and no more than 2 pets are allowed per reservation. If you have a small baby, we can provide a pack and play and stroller, some toys, etc. Please let us know if this is something you will need. The home is cooled by a wall A/C in the living room and window A/Cs in each bedroom. The home is heated by a furnace heating system in the living room and space heaters are provided for each bedroom. Guest access Entire home (one side of the duplex) with front and back patios. Garage is limited to the washer and dryer and grill (must be rolled to front patio before using).
