‘El Nido’ - your picturesque stay between the mountains and the sea Our charming cottage has been restored with much love and attention to detail. The converted barn is part of a collection of 3 buildings, surrounded by 1.5 hectares of fields and native forest. The terrace in front of the cottage invites you to enjoy the spectacular mountain views and to relax with a glass of local apple cider. The barn comprises two cottages, each of which has a its own entrance and a shared terrace. The space With some of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in the area, the breathtaking Picos de Europa, and the Sierra del Sueve just 30-40 minutes drive away, you are invited to unwind in our trouble-free corner of Asturian happiness. Our little cottage is a comfortable, homely and cosy place from which to discover the beautiful Asturian countryside. It comprises a total of 40m² and is fully equipped so that you can enjoy a pleasant and independent stay. Situated in the middle of field and forest, you can connect with a simpler life and the beauty of the natural surroundings. Spectacular mountains and unspoilt beaches are just a short drive away - so, come and enjoy this amazing place. Guest access The converted barn comprises two rural cottages, each of which has a its own entrance, parking space and a shared terrace. Please note that Casina Giranes and El Nido share an internal wall, and so you will most likely have neighbours during your stay. We do not currently live on the property, so you will be given the details of our local manager to arrange your arrival. Other things to note Update in response to Covid-19: this summer we will be leaving a 72 hour 'buffer zone' between each reservation, in accordance with recommendations for the hospitality industry. Please be reassured that all reasonable efforts will be taken to ensure all our spaces are thoroughly cleaned between each booking. Stay safe everyone x
