Guests can enjoy relaxing in the underground cellar, or soaking up the sun in the beautiful private garden. Pets and children welcome The space The location of Sadie House is perfect for those who like their own private retreat, close to the town center and facilities. The main street, shops, pubs, cafes, library and playground are all within 1-5 minutes walk. Children and dogs are welcome and have plenty of room to play in the fully fenced back lawn and garden area. This historical house, established in 1914, has been lovingly restored and furnished with a mix of new and old to create stylish, comfortable living while also keeping with the vintage era of the house. Everything you need to feel at home, including free Wifi and Netflix and Ducted Reverse Cycle Heating and Cooling. The high ceilings and brick walls help to keep the house cool in the warmer months. Each bedroom also has a pedestal fan to help keep you comfortable during hot weather. There is a cosy wood fire in the lounge to keep you warm in Winter, as well as a heater in the cellar. Guest access Our house sleeps a Maximum of 8 guests. Price includes cleaning fee, linen and breakfast supplies. PLEASE NOTE: OUR RATES ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF BEDS/ROOMS USED If you are ONE COUPLE requiring one room only, please select 1 GUEST when booking (and let us know you’re a couple in the message section). All other bookings, please enter the number of guests staying. Guests will have access to the entire house and garden, including the cellar! There is one full bathroom and an extra toilet in the laundry. PETS We accept up to 2 smaller size or 1 large, well behaved house trained dogs. IF YOU ARE BRINGING PETS YOU MUST SELECT A PET IN YOUR BOOKING PROCESS. There is a pet fee of $30 per stay. We ask that no pets are to go into the rooms with carpets/rugs or to go on any furniture. Dogs who are accustomed to sleeping indoors can sleep in the back lobby or the laundry. Doggy bowls for food and water are provided. There is a porta-cot for infants available on request, linen included (extra $25) Other things to note Price includes cleaning fee, all linen, breakfast provisions and basic house supplies for your stay.
